About time leave a review. I dont get here very often due to work. But there is no where better than these breakfast items. Always cooked fresh hot and jammed with fillings. Breakfast wraps are amazing. Place is clean. Staff polite. Prices fair. Look forward to next visit

This place is very busy - with good reason!!! Amazing chicken gyros and milkshakes - would especially recommend the chicken gyros box Staff did an amazing job at serving people quickly despite the queues!

I typically do not offer compliments often, but this is the fifth time I have visited Grub and have consistently received excellent service. Each visit, the shop is busy with many customers, which is a positive indication, and service is prompt. The food is prepared freshly in front of you, with options to dine in or take out. The pricing is reasonable given the quality and generous portion sizes. The owners are friendly and often engage with customers, whether for a friendly conversation or questions about their orders or the food preparation. I have also observed young staff members who are polite and attentive to customers. It appears that the owners have provided good training for their team, which not only benefits the business but also offers valuable life skills to the young employees. Keep up the excellent work, Grub, York!

I love coming here for lunch - the staff are so friendly and create a really nice atmosphere even when they are busy they take the time to smile and make conversation. I love the gyros - but to be fair have sampled lots of things and they have all been lovely. My kids say the milkshakes are amazing too! Thanks to the team at Grub - so lovely to have small businesses like you in our community and I wish more people would support local rather than chains as what you do is so tasty!

Visited Grub and had the amazing Piri Piri loaded fries. Fabulous portion, fresh ingredients and just enough of a kick, delicious! The shop is always sparkling clean, & always so busy with their service second to none. I'm not surprised they have a huge following. Will be back for their Gyros box which includes the famous Greek pork sausage that I love so much!

Often visit this place for a sandwich, absolutely amazing hot sandwiches, often buy two sausages for my dog who absolutely goes mad when he sees me come home with them, clears the plate in seconds. Brilliant food, fantastic staff and great atmosphere, definitely recommend this on place, once you visit you'll keep coming back.
